99. player. 51. . Defensive tackle. Los Angeles Rams. Aaron Donald

One of the most productive, and certainly the most feared, defensive tackle of his era, Aaron Donald could retire tomorrow with peace of mind that he’ll one day be elected to the Hall of Fame.

Donald was named the NFL Defensive Player of The Year in 2020, for the third time, which in and of itself should solidify his chances of one day becoming a first-ballot Hall of Famer.

A six-time First-Team All-Pro and seven-time Pro Bowler, Donald has produced double-digit sacks the past four seasons, and four of the last five years, including a career-high 20.5 sacks in 2018, when he led the NFL.

In a preview of how Hall of Fame voters might one day view Donald’s candidacy, he was a unanimous selection to the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade Team. There might not be a dissenting vote when it comes time to officially debate Donald’s Hall of Fame chances.
