NFL: 27 most likely non-QB future Hall of Famers
Dalvin Cook career stats: 769 carries for 3,661 yards with 33 touchdowns, 149 receptions for 1,275 yards and three touchdowns
Based on his play the past two seasons, Dalvin Cook has an argument for being the most complete back in the NFL.
Cook, for his efforts, has been named to two consecutive Pro Bowls, after averaging 1,346 rushing yards and 14.5 touchdowns over that span.
The focal point of the Minnesota Vikings’ revamped offense, Cook is one of the more dominant presences on the ground across the league. He finished the 2020 season second to Titans running back Derrick Henry in rushing yards and touchdowns, finishing in the top-five in both categories each of the past two seasons.
While Cook battled through injuries his first two seasons, he has shown the past two years what he is capable of when fully healthy. If Cook can stay on the field and continues at this bristling pace, he’ll climb up the all-time rushing leaderboard and bolster his case for the Hall of Fame.
