Left tackle. Philadelphia Eagles. Jason Peters. 71. player. 54.

The stalwart anchor along the Philadelphia Eagles’ offensive line, Peters has been among the NFL’s most dominant and consistent left tackles for much of the past decade.

Peters has been an All-Pro selection 13 times in his 16-year career, including as a first-Team All-Pro twice.

The Eagles’ trade to acquire Peters, a former undrafted free agent by the Buffalo Bills, might go down as one of the most successful and impactful in franchise history. Peters has appeared in nine Pro Bowls and was chosen to the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade, underscoring how he is viewed by his peers around the league.

Peters has also been one of the Eagles’ most respected locker room leaders since his arrival. When the Eagles made their first trip to the Super Bowl since 2005 in 2017, right tackle Lane Johnson led Philadelphia out of the tunnel carrying Peters’ jersey after Peters tore his ACL and MCL that October.

It remains to be seen whether Peters is a first-ballot Hall of Famer, but his personal accolades combined with his one Super Bowl ring should be enough to get him across the finish line.
