A.J. Green has been a model of consistency and dominance throughout his career, while building a strong Hall of Fame candidacy, despite playing his entire career with the woebegone Cincinnati Bengals.

Prior to this past season getting derailed by injuries, Green made seven Pro Bowls in his first seven seasons, while also being recognized as a Second-Team All-Pro from 2012-2015, despite middling and inconsistent quarterback play.

The Bengals’ relative ineptitude and lack of deep postseason runs could hurt Green’s eventual Hall of Fame chances, but following the 2020 season, he ranks 56th in receiving yards, 62nd in receptions, 58th in receiving touchdowns.

If Green, 33, can play a few more seasons and climb up those rankings, he’ll certainly bolster his case for Canton.
