player. 26. Pick Analysis. WR. Kadarius Toney. 27. Scouting Report. Florida

This past season was full of ups and downs for the Baltimore Ravens. They were on fire to start the year but then they went through a rough patch in the middle of the season that nearly pushed them out of the playoffs — and had they lost to the Cleveland Browns in Week 14, they might have very well missed the postseason.

That was the game where Lamar Jackson had to run to the locker room to get an IV, but many people thought he had a different issue. Either way, he returned to the field and led his team to the win and ultimately into the tournament.

Jackson also won his first playoff game as they knocked off the Titans but their struggles in the following game were back on display. Jackson is an elite player but he needs help at receiver. Far too often, the wideouts are too inconsistent in Baltimore and they have to get better there to take their next step.

In 2020, Marquise Brown led the way with 58 receptions and 769 yards but the next best wideout was Willie Snead with 33 receptions for 432 yards. Neither player is bad and they do have some elite play at tight end with Mark Andrews but they need another starter opposite Brown.

With that being said, they turn to Florida’s Kadarius Toney. This past season, Toney broke out with 984 yards and 70 receptions. He just makes the cut as a first-round pick and fits the Ravens offense nicely.
