Given the pass-rushers Ohio State has produced over recent years, it shouldn’t be a shock that the Buckeyes have another good one coming out. Jonathon Cooper isn’t Chase Young or Nick Bosa but he can be an effective NFL player.

Cooper isn’t a wowing physical presence by any stretch but he’s shown tremendous improvement as a technician and player who has enough juice to be an effective situational pass-rusher at the pro level.

Can’t stop, won’t stop with improving the Bengals offensive line and they get another opportunity to do that here with Brenden Jaimes falling to them in the sixth round.

Jaimes played left tackle for Nebraska but has the frame and play-style to make you believe he could succeed at either guard or tackle spot in a backup role. He is a terrific player in that he has positional versatility and could provide ample depth for Cincinnati.

You can never have too many throws at the defensive back dart board, especially when there’s a potential need looming. That’s why the first of two seventh-round picks here is used on Thomas Graham Jr. The Oregon product is a technically sound player and that’s obvious on his film, though he can struggle when his athleticism is tested. Even still, he could come in as a sub-package player who can step up.

The Bengals won’t be finding a starting tight end at the end of the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft but they can find a nice project who could be a usable player for them.

Cary Angeline isn’t a great blocker but he proved to be a real red-zone weapon for the Wolfpack with great size and solid athleticism for his frame.
