EDGE. Georgia. Azeez Ojulari. 26. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. player. 53

The Cleveland Browns were one of the biggest surprise teams in 2020. Everyone thought they would be better than they showed the prior season under Freddie Kitchens, but 2020 was something different.

Kevin Stefanski came in and led them to an 11-5 season and instilled such a strong mindset that they were able to win a playoff game while he was at home with COVID-19. The rookie coach won the NFL Coach of the Year award for his work and suddenly the future is bright in Cleveland.

Having said that, they do need to continue to infuse the roster with talent. Here at No. 26, it feels as though there are several ways to go. One could be linebacker and another could be cornerback. However, this front office seems to devalue the linebacker position and the recent news that Greedy Williams will be back could allow them to wait on a corner, especially since they do need another defensive end opposite Myles Garrett and a very talented on slid to No. 26.

Azeez Ojulari was a force in the Georgia defense last season and while he was primarily a stand-up pass rusher, he did show he can put his hand in the dirt and get the job done. Of course, the Browns have also been willing to bend, even using Oliver Vernon in a standing stance at time in 2020, to get him more comfortable.

Adding Ojulari is a highly impactful move which gives them two pass rushers capable of double-digit sacks, which makes life easier on the rest of the defenders.
