33. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jalen Mayfield, OT, Michigan

They got the quarterback at No. 1, now the Jaguars get better on the offensive line at No. 33. Jalen Mayfield is a first-round talent and the Jags jump at the chance

34. New York Jets: Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson

The Jets took Zach Wilson at No. 2 and Terrace Marshall at 23. Now, they get another offensive player early in Travis Etienne. They’re going to look like a much better offense in 2021 should things go this way.

35. Atlanta Falcons: Jayson Oweh, EDGE, Penn State

Takk McKinley didn’t pan out as their top pass rusher so the Falcons go for another defensive end here in Jayson Oweh from Penn State. He’s a projection pick but can turn into a great player for the Dirty Birds if they coach him up.

36. Miami Dolphins (via Houston Texans): Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama

Dylan Moses slides out of the first-round in this mock and the Miami Dolphins give him a soft landing spot here.

37. Philadelphia Eagles: Asante Samuel, JR., CB, Florida State

The Eagles once had Asante Samuel, and now they land his son, Asante Samuel, Jr. He’s a solid defensive back at Philly needs all the help they can get.

38. Cincinnati Bengals: Eric Stokes, CB, Georgia

William Jackson could be on the wat out and if the Bengals do lose him, Eric Stokes could be an option as a replacement.

39. Carolina Panthers: Ifeatu Melifonwu, CB, Syracuse

Syracuse cornerback Ifeatu Melifonwu is gaining a lot of ground after a good showing in the Senior Bowl. He could go in the first round but here, he lands with the Panthers just outside of it.

40. Denver Broncos: Joseph Ossai, EDGE, Texas

Von Miller is pretty much gone so the Broncos get another pass rusher to play opposite Bradley Chubb.

41. Detroit Lions: Greg Newsome II, CB, Northwestern

Greg Newsome is another one of those cornerbacks who is gaining ground as the draft approches. He checks off a lot of the boxes for the Lions who have a lot of holes to fill.

42. New York Giants: Elijah Moore, WR, Ole Miss

They took Micah Parsons at No. 11 and held off on a wideout, but the Giants make up for that here by selecting Elijah Moore from Ole Miss. He might not look like a prototypical No. 1 wide receiver but Moore is a much-needed playmaker on the offensive side of the ball.

43. San Francisco 49ers: Ronnie Perkins, EDGE, Oklahoma

Ronnie Perkins could be a good fit in San Francisco, where they need more depth at the position after dealing with a myriad of injuries in 2020.

44. Dallas Cowboys: Alex Leatherwood, OL, Alabama

Tyron Smith is probably done in Dallas due to his injuries piling up. They get someone capable o faking over for him in Alex Leatherwood, who has held his own against the elite pass-rushers in the SEC.

45. Jacksonville Jaguars (via Minnesota Vikings): Trevon Moehrig, S, TCU

Trevon Moehrig has become the top safety on the board and the Jaguars could use his skillset in their struggling secondary.

46. New England Patriots: Levi Onwuzurike, IDL, Washington

Levi Onwuzurike can be an interesting fit as a three-technique and the Patriots seem like the team that could best unlock his potential.

47. Los Angeles Chargers: Kelvin Joseph, CB, Kentucky

Los Angeles moved on from Desmond King last season and replace him with Kelvin Joseph from Kentucky at No. 47.

48. Las Vegas Raiders: Baron Browning, LB, Ohio State

The Raiders have to improve on defense to deal with the Chiefs and that’s why they add more talent to that side with Baron Browning from Ohio State.
