4. Antonio Brown (Buccaneers)

The Antonio Brown saga has been an undeniable circus and one that’s not been fun to watch at many times. However, all indications seem to be that the wide receiver stayed out of trouble in Tampa Bay this past season. And though it first looked like a sideshow, when he returned from his suspension, Brown played well. All told, he caught 45 passes for 483 yards and four scores in addition to scoring in the Super Bowl win.

He’ll be 33 years old when the 2021 season starts and Brown’s off-field issues will certainly depress his value. Moreover, there’s a good chance that he’ll end up back in Tampa Bay given his relationship with Tom Brady. But if there’s a chance that the Packers could lure him to the frozen tundra, the player he represents would be a natural fit in the offense with Adams.

3. T.Y. Hilton (Colts)

At his best, we’ve seen T.Y. Hilton be in the conversation as one of the 10 best wide receivers in the NFL. Even if you never put him on that level, there’s no denying how great he was with the Colts, topping 1,000 yards in five of six seasons from 2013-18 and getting 966 in the one year he missed that mark. He was an elite big-play threat but injuries have recently held him back.

The injuries are a concern, especially now that he’s 31 years old. Having said that, the offense over the past two seasons hasn’t done Hilton any favors either as the downfield attack hasn’t been a key part of that side of the ball. Should he want to leave Indianapolis, the speedy and shifty wideout would be a natural fit in the Packers offense and give them the exact type of player they’re lacking.
