Evan Engram has had far too many drops for the Giants, so they get someone who can push him here in Kenny Yeboah. Originally at Temple, Yeboah transferred ahead of the 2020 season and despite going up in terms of the level of competition, he actually had his best campaign for the Rebels.

Yeboah finished with 524 yards on 27 receptions (19.4 yards per catch) and had 19.4 touchdowns. This is a solid pick at this point in the draft and could continue to make life easier for Daniel Jones.

There was a point where Alaric Jackson was looking like a player destined for a day two selection. However, his development started to level off and while he was a long-tenured starter at right tackle, there are now doubts about his NFL future.

Jackson will likely slide inside to guard and while he might never live up to the hype he had a couple of seasons ago, he’s still a very experienced player who can fill in at a couple of spots on the bench. And who knows, with the right coaching he might become a decent starter down the road.

Jermar Jefferson spent three seasons with the Oregon State Beavers and had 2,923 yards with 27 touchdowns during that span. Oddly enough, his best campaign was in 2018 when he was a freshman and had 1,380 yards and 12 touchdowns.

He’s considered a change of pace back and that’s fine for the Giants who already have Saquon Barkley. Jefferson would be a player capable of spelling the star running back while also sharing some of the load as Barkley eases his way back from his injury.
