Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Oklahoma State. Teven Jenkins. player. 58. OT. 19

In what may be the most entertaining signing of the offseason, the Washington Football Team brought in veteran quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. Sure, he’s a stop-gap player who might be on his final team, but he’s incredible to watch.

Fitzpatrick can get hot with the best of them in the NFL and when he does, he will light up the field with deep passes. Last season, he had the Miami Dolphins rolling before losing his job to Tua Tagovailoa and while he admitted it hurt him, Fitzpatrick never showed any ill-will to the rookie — or his team. Even though it was clear Tua was not playing to the same level as FitzMagic.

Anyway, all of that is in the past and we get to see the Wizard take over another team. The problem is, the offensive line in Washington is an absolute mess. They do have some decent weapons on offense in Terry McLaurin, Curtis Samuel, and Antonio Gibson — but none of that will matter if Fitzpatrick has no time to dish the ball out to where it needs to go.

In an effort to help fix that problem, Washington lands Teven Jenkins from Oklahoma State at pick No. 19. The 6-foot-6. 315-pound Jenkins has played both tackle positions and right guard during his time with the Cowboys but should be able to play on the outside at the next level. Still, it never hurts to have that versatility or experience.
