2021 NFL Mock Draft: 49ers land Mac Jones, Kyle Pitts falls to Giants

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been setting all kinds of new trends. First, they went to the Super Bowl in their own building — something that has never been done before. They won that game as well, which makes them the first team to win the Lombardi Trophy in front of their fans.
As if that wasn’t enough, they then went out and retained every one of their top free agents. Wide receiver Chris Godwin, outside linebacker Shaq Barrett, tight end Rob Gronkowski, running back Leonard Fournette, and defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh all decided to return.
It made sense for them all to come back considering the success they had together but in years past, Super Bowl champions have fled to different teams in search of a massive payday. And teams have often paid for that experience.
This really helps Tampa Bay in the draft since they really don’t have many holes. Instead, they can draft the best player available and let him compete with a veteran starter for snaps. With that being the case, they take Christian Barmore at No. 32.
Barmore would be a steal at this point. He completely dominated in the playoffs this season, putting his name on the map and the Bucs could groom him behind Suh to take his place when the veteran decides to call it a career.
