Dallas Cowboys: 3 Best picks to make at No. 10 in 2021 NFL Draft

The Dallas Cowboys will round out the top 10 in the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft and these are the three best fits for them at that spot
After a 6-10 campaign in 2020, the Dallas Cowboys find themselves at No. 10 overall in the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft.
The good news for them, is that they’re not your average 6-10 team. Dallas does have a lot of talent, including quarterback Dak Prescott who missed most of the season in 2020 with a broken ankle.
There’s some bad news as well, however, as their roster does still have a lot of holes in it. They’re not exactly a Super Bowl contender right now, but they could take a big step in the right direction if they hit a home run at pick No. 10.
Here we look at three players who would be the right choice for them.
3. Rashawn Slater, OT, Northwestern
Last season, the Cowboys offensive line was a complete mess. They were without La’el Collins all season and Tyron Smith missed all but two games. There were also injuries to Tyler Biadasz, Joe Looney, Cam Erving, and Zack Martin to deal with.
As of now, they hope to have everyone back to full strength but given the injury history they have had on the line, it would be a bad idea to bank on that without some type of insurance.
Enter Rashawn Slater from Northwestern. A left tackle for the Wildcats, he’s a player who can move all over the line and is already drawing comparisons to Martin.
Whether he plays at guard, center, or tackle, Slater would be capable of starting from day one. It might not be the splashiest move, but neither was Martin when they took him over Johnny Manziel but that proved to be the right move.
