30. Buffalo Bills: Eric Stokes, CB, Georgia

The Buffalo Bills were one of the surprise teams in the NFL last season. While they were expected to be a good team after making the playoffs in 2019, they weren’t expected to make the improvements they did on offense.

Adding Stefon Diggs in a trade with the Minnesota Vikings proved to be the missing piece on offense as they suddenly were one of the best passing attacks in the NFL. The rapport Diggs had with quarterback Josh Allen was on full display and it even helped Cole Beasley do more damage since he wasn’t receiving as much attention as he did during the previous campaign.

Allen played so well that he was in the mix for the NFL MVP and it wouldn’t have been crazy to see him win the award. Now, he and the Bills have to see if they can continue to shine with even more eyes on them. On offense, they added Emmanuel Sanders in place of John Brown which will hold them over on that end. On defense, they can use a few more starters and that’s where they go in this mock.

At No. 30, Buffalo add Georgia’s Eric Stokes who wowed everyone with a sub 4.3 time in his 40-yard dash at his Pro Day. Stokes needs to become a more consistent player but he can still start opposite Tre’Davious White and give the Bills a solid set of corners as they look to take the next step in their progression.
