4. player. Dayo Odeyingbo. Pick 131. 26. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. EDGE, Vanderbilt

Again, Bowser and McPhee are the only proven options on the Ravens roster right now in terms of players who can line up on the edge. That doesn’t necessarily mean they need another starter but they undoubtedly need to continue to shore up the depth at that position. That’s why they go back to the well here by landing Dayo Odeyingbo at the end of the fourth round.

Odeyingbo is another player who is the picture of versatility as the talent-depleted Vanderbilt defense lined him up all over the front, even putting him at nose tackle at time. But he proved to be effective even in the SEC given his athleticism and unreal length on a 6-6, 265-pound frame. He needs to be coached up with his pass-rushing plan but his effectiveness against the run and physical potential make him well worth a mid-round selection.

Pick 136. 4. player. Pick Analysis. IOL, Grambling. David Moore. 26. Scouting Report

Signing veteran guard Kevin Zeitler following his release from New York was one of the most underrated moves of the offseason. While he isn’t the level of player that Marshal Yanda was for Baltimore, he can shore up what was quietly a problem for the Ravens last season with the aforementioned Yanda retiring. However, the depth at the position is less than ideal.

Subsequently, using a fourth-round pick on a project like David Moore would be sensible. You would think Moore would be plodding at 6-1.5 and 350 pounds but he’s actually more athletic than you might think. His winning trait, though, is his power as he looks to maul defenders whenever he gets the chance. He needs plenty of coaching and development but Moore has enough talent to be worth a pick at a position of need here.
