1. Baltimore Ravens trade for Julio Jones

A blockbuster trade went down less than a week before the 2021 NFL Draft. In non-conventional fashion, the Ravens traded Orlando Brown, No. 58, and a 2022 sixth-round pick to the Kansas City Chiefs for No. 31, No. 94, No. 136, and a fifth-round pick of the 2022 NFL Draft. I know they don’t have a ton of picks in the first three rounds, but they need to trade up and give Lamar Jackson a true No. 1 wideout.

Free Agency has come and gone and the Ravens best wide receiver is still the undersized Hollywood Brown. Predictable play-calling and lack of wide receiver help are killing the Ravens’ offense. Sure, the Ravens can wait for a wide receiver, but why not get aggressive and trade for one. Sammy Watkins was a solid pick-up, but he’s not a No. 1 wide receiver — enter Julio Jones.

This just makes too much sense, the Falcons need to think about their future, collecting picks does that. The Ravens could trade No. 27 and No. 95 for Julio Jones, especially if the Falcons sit at No. 4 and take Kyle Pitts. Even if Atlanta takes another player, Jones being traded has been rumored for a while. The future Hall of Famer still has value, so why not get rid of him now? For the Ravens, he makes them a Super Bowl contender right away.
