65. Jacksonville Jaguars: Carlos Basham, Jr., EDGE, Wake Forest

The Jacksonville Jaguars have whiffed on some linemen recently and hope for better luck with Carlos Basham, Jr. from Wake Forest. He’s a player who might not have the highest ceiling but he doesn’t seem to have a low floor, which is important for a team that’s struggled in the draft recently.

66. New York Jets: Tutu Atwell, WR, Louisville

New York gets a bargain here as Tutu Atwell is still around in the third. He should go higher but the buzz around him has died down a little.

67. Houston Texans: Wyatt Davis, IOL, Ohio State

Houston adds Wyatt Davis to bulk up their offensive line. The Ohio State product feels like a can’t-miss player.

68. Philadelphia Eagles (via Atlanta Falcons): Tylan Wallace, WR, Oklahoma State

Trade: Atlanta Falcons sent pick No. 68 to the Philadelphia Eagles for pick No. 70 (Round 3) and pick No. 123 (Round 4)

The Eagles are back on the clock as they jump up a couple of picks to make sure they get themselves a wideout prospect. Tylan Wallace is someone who can do it all and will really help Jalen Hurts take his next step.

69. Cincinnati Bengals: Baron Browning, LB, Ohio State

Cincinnati stays in-state as they grab Baron Browning from Ohio State.

70. Atlanta Falcons (via Philadelphia Eagles): Tommy Tremble, TE, Notre Dame

Trade: Atlanta Falcons sent pick No. 68 to the Philadelphia Eagles for pick No. 70 (Round 3) and pick No. 123 (Round 4)

Atlanta dropped just two picks and added a fourth-round selection but still ends up with a solid player in Notre Dame’s Tommy Tremble.

71. Denver Broncos: Paulson Adebo, CB, Stanford

Had Paulson Adebo played in 2020, he could have catapulted himself into the early portion of the second round. Since he didn’t, there are still questions about his technique but he could still be a solid pro with the right coaching.

72. Detroit Lions: Chazz Surratt, LB, North Carolina

An intriguing prospect, Chazz Surratt is a former quarterback who is still learning to play linebacker. What’s impressive is, he’s already pretty good at it and should only get better.

73. Carolina Panthers: Jamar Johnson, S, Indiana

Indiana safety Jamar Johnson is gaining traction as of late and ends up with the Panthers at No. 73.

74. Washington Football Team (via San Francisco 49ers): James Hudson, OT, Cincinnati

Ryan Fitzpatrick isn’t the most mobile, so the Washington Football Team brings in James Hudson here. The Cincinnati product isn’t getting the hype some other offensive tackles are, but he could be just as effective as ant of them.

75. Dallas Cowboys: Hamsah Nasirildeen, S, Florida State

Dallas needs to add a safety and Hamsah Nasirildeen could be a perfect fit. Listed at 6-foot-3 and 213-pounds, he’s got a great mix of athleticism and toughness which their secondary can use.

76. New York Giants: Quinn Meinerz, IOL, Wisconsin-Whitewater

Quinn Meinerz is another player climbing the boards and the Giants need help along the interior of the line.

77. Los Angeles Chargers: Richie Grant, S, UCF

The Chargers pick up another solid defender in Richie Grant from UCF.

78. Minnesota Vikings: Josh Myers, IOL, Ohio State

Minnesota needs a new starting guard and Josh Myers from Ohio State should provide that for them.

79. Las Vegas Raiders (via Arizona Cardinals): Andre Cisco, S, Syracuse

If Andre Cisco remains healthy, he could be one of the better safeties in this class. The Raiders give him a home where he can try and prove he belongs in the NFL.

80. Las Vegas Raiders: Jackson Carman, OT, Clemson

Las Vegas is back on the clock again, this time they add Jackson Carman from Clemson. He played tackle but might need to go to guard in the NFL. Either way, the Raiders have a lot of holes after this offseason and he should help.
