Pick Analysis. Trevon Moehrig. 25. player. Scouting Report. S. TCU. 52

I think Jacksonville ends up with Pat Freiermuth. I just think his value is best as the first pick in the second round.

This has been such a common pick I’ve made, so there’s little reason to change it. Some people assume they’d take a wide receiver here and, while they could use more bodies in that room, I’m skeptical of the value at No. 25. Rashod Bateman or Kadarius Toney may be enticing, especially since Toney would satisfy the Jaguars’ annual quota of at least one Florida Gator.

I could see them eyeing a cornerback opposite C.J. Henderson. I can also see them bolstering the offensive line at some point. For now, safety makes too much sense so I’m sticking with it.

Keep an eye on Freiermuth, though.

Alternative picks: Pat Freiermuth, Kadarius Toney, Alex Leatherwood
