player. 16. Pick Analysis. RB. Clemson. Travis Etienne. 30. Scouting Report

This pick has been gaining steam lately so I’ll take it and run. (No pun intended.) EDGE and cornerback seem like possibilities. I can see Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott falling in love with someone like Azeez Ojulari or Gregory Rousseau.

For now, this pick has enough buzz that I’ll bypass my belief that a team would trade up to No. 32 and take a running back.

Some other players I can see finding their way into the late first round, not necessarily at this selection: Carlos Basham, Eric Stokes, Tyson Campbell, Joe Tryon, Jayson Oweh, Pat Freiermuth, Ifeatu Melifonwu, Javonte Williams, Baron Browning.

That list will almost definitely make me look more worse than good.

Alternative picks: Jayson Oweh, Gregory Rousseau, Eric Stokes, Carlos Basham
