2021 Fantasy Football Rookie WR6: Rondale Moore

We’ve been huge fans of Rondale Moore since his impressive freshman year when the Purdue standout hauled in 114 passes for 1,258 yards and 12 touchdowns as an 18-year-old playing Big Ten football. The biggest knock against Moore right now is that he has played in only seven games since.

His athleticism hasn’t waned, however, as he recently graded out as one of the fastest players in the 2021 NFL Draft at any position. Moore is a bit undersized and isn’t as physical as other top prospects in his class, but he has an uncanny ability to make defenders miss thanks to off-the-charts speed and agility metrics, traits that haven’t gone unnoticed by at least one Hall of Fame talent evaluator:

We’re a bit higher than most experts on Moore, yet we expect him to be selected in Round 2 of the 2021 NFL Draft; we won’t be surprised to see him go off the board after Elijah Moore. We see the Detroit Lions, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, and New England Patriots as some of the many teams who’ll be tempted to call his name very early on Day 2.
