NFL Draft 2021: Tennessee Titans pick Caleb Farley, compares to Darrelle Revis

Caleb Farley does just about everything really well, from his tackling ability to his coverage in the zone. But, what he does great is take the ball away, something Darrelle Revis did better than almost everyone ever.

During his time in the league, Revis was the best at disrupting plays on the backend. He ended his career as one of the greatest to ever pick the ball out of the sky with 29 interceptions but it was his ability to put the best receivers in the game on “Revis Island” and shut them down. While “Farley Island” isn’t quite as intimidating, he plays the same brand of ball as his predecessor.

At six foot two, he’s considerably bigger than Revis but he has the ability to shift from physical presence to someone who just focuses on the footwork of his opponent without the threat of flags flying everywhere.

There’s still a long way to go, especially from a tackling perspective but Farley is the closest thing we’ve seen to Revis since the man himself.
