1. Green Bay Packers

This one comes with a bit of a caveat as the Green Bay Packers are a very good team under one condition — they have Aaron Rodgers under center. And right now, it seems as though that might not happen.

Reports have surfaced that Rodgers is past the point of being unhappy in Green Bay and is ready to finish his career elsewhere. It’s hard not to see where he’s coming from as the team spent the past few seasons building the defense and adding players such as Jordan Love who could help when Rodgers does leave.

What they haven’t done, is put enough offensive weapons around him. Of course, he’s good enough that they’ve won 13 games in each of the past two seasons due to his prowess alone on offense — but he needs someone other than Davante Adams in the passing game who can break away from defenders and help him out.

There have been other quarterbacks who have been as angry with their teams as Rodgers is now and they worked it out. Having said that, Rodgers appears to be the type of person who doesn’t say things lightly — if he’s done with the team as reports suggest, that’s not something that can be easily fixed.

And if the Packers are unable to make him happy, they could be in for a long season. Or actually, a short one since the playoffs would seem like a dream without him.
