The Dallas Cowboys have made some very important additions this offseason, but which will be the most impactful? That’s what we answer in this ranking.

After failing to win the NFC East despite there being no winning teams in the division in 2020, the Dallas Cowboys had to do some soul searching.

Sure, they lost Dak Prescott but they had prepared for the worst by signing Andy Dalton, giving them one of the best No. 2 quarterbacks in the entire NFL. Unfortunately, an injury-plagued offensive line and a terrible defense proved to be too much for Dalton and the Dallas offense to overcome.

This lead to some serious changes such as Mike Nolan being fired from his defensive coordinator position and they replaced him with Dan Quinn. With the former Falcons head coach in charge, it’s easy to see that they’re shifting their philosophies as well.

Dallas added several players to the roster, mainly on defense. Here, we look at the additions and rank them by order of importance.

15. Quinton Bohanna, NT

With their first of two picks in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Dallas took Kentucky nose tackle Quinton Bohanna. The move is slightly more important now since they released Antwaun Woods but the truth is, Woods was a better player so it’s not as if this was a must-have type of addition.

Still, Bohanna offers up a ton of size at 6-4 and 327 pounds. He could become a solid run-stuffer but right now, it looks like one of their least important moves when it comes to improving the defense.
