4. Tyler Biadasz, Center

Last year, the Cowboys were trying to replace Travis Frederick and had turned to Joe Looney. The veteran started the majority of the season but did get banged up at times — like every other Dallas offensive lineman in 2020.

This opened the door for Tyler Biadasz, the fourth-round pick from Wisconsin to get a few starts. He ended up playing in 12 games with four starts and split time at center and guard. Biadasz did well enough for him to be the starter in 2021 and he’s already looking better.

"“Being that center, there’s a lot of stuff that he communicates to the quarterback, to the offensive line, to everyone,” offensive coordinator Kellen Moore said via Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk. “And I think just how fast and crisp and confident he is with that, that’s huge this year. Obviously, . . . it’s his second year. It’s the first full offseason. There’s just a confidence level that’s coming out of him.”"

Others on the team have praised his confidence and there’s little doubt that he will be up to the task this season. He’s trying to give Dallas what they had for years with Frederick, another former Badger, and this year could be his break-out campaign.
