30 best NFL players to win a Super Bowl with 2 or more teams: 14. Charles Mann

Stats:

  • 795 tackles
  • 83 sacks

Charles Mann was a rock-solid player for the majority of his career. He was drafted to a Super Bowl winning Washington Football Team in 1983. Three years later, Washington was hoisting the Lombardi once again. For three consecutive seasons and four out of five total, Mann was selected to the Pro Bowl team.

At times, Mann was unblockable upfront. In 1985, only his third season in the league, he picked up 14.5 sacks which was a career-high. And in four separate seasons, he registered double-digit sacks. Mann wasn’t only focused on taking the quarterback down but every and anyone who had the rock. On six occasions, Mann totaled over 80 tackles and managed to put together close to 800 (796) for his career. His 83 career sacks also place him 68th all time.

In his two title runs in 1991 and 1994 with the Washington Football Team and the San Francisco 49ers, Mann wasn’t overly impressive, totaling only one sack. In 1987, however, it was something else entirely as he put together 4.5 in his first title run. With a total of three titles in just 12 years, Mann had one helluva run.
