4. Seahawks: Russell Wilson, Chris Carson, D.K. Metcalf

A seven-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champion, Russell Wilson gave his fans a scare this offseason when it was reported that he had grown frustrated with the front office. Eventually, things were worked out and the two sides are ready to move forward and try to get back to the big game.

Wilson has become one of the best in the business, ascending from a third-round pick with a ton of questions to a legit star. He has never had a losing season, nor has he missed a start since being drafted in 2012. Capable of beating teams with his legs, Wilson has 4,506 yards and 21 touchdowns on the ground which is a great addition to the 33,946 yards and 267 touchdowns through the air.

He’s joined in the backfield by Chris Carson who had back-to-back seasons with more than 1,100 yards in 2018 and 2019 before missing four games in 2020. Even with the missed time, Carson averaged 4.8 yards per rush and is at 4.6 for his career. A truly underrated back, Carson is capable of carrying the load but Seattle doesn’t pile too much on him as they seem to be trying to avoid running him into the ground.

Their final piece to this puzzle is D.K. Metcalf, who decided to completely break out in his second season. The former Ole Miss star had 83 receptions for 1,303 yards and 10 touchdowns. He enters this year as the No. 1 guy, taking the reins from Tyler Lockett — but even if Lockett was the No. 1 guy, they probably still finish right where they are.
