The Dallas Cowboys took on the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Hall of Fame Game on Thursday night. In that contest, these three players were able to raise their stock.

We finally have a football game to talk about. The Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers faced off on Thursday night in the Hall of Fame Game.

As is often the case in this annual showdown, there were a lot of reserves on the field for both teams and the broadcast booth spent more time talking about the players who would be in the Hall of Fame than what was happening on the field.

Even with all that being said, there’s still plenty that can be gained from this game as some of the backups try and make a claim for a spot on the team.

Here we look at three members of the Cowboys roster that stood out on Thursday.

3. Quinton Bohanna, NT

One of the positions that has been a problem for the Dallas Cowboys for many years has been nose tackle. Perhaps, they have a shot at fixing that finally in 2021 with Quinton Bohanna. A sixth-round pick from Kentucky, Bohanna made his debut for Dallas and was all over the field.

He finished with just three tackles on the night but he was much more disruptive than the stat-line shows. On top of that, he was making hustle plays as well ‚— with David Helman from the team’s official website praising him for getting after the ball 15-yards down the field.

It was only one game so we can’t get too excited about what Bohanna brings to the table just yet. However, it’s probably safe to say he did more to impress the staff and fan base on Thursday night than Dontari Poe did in his seven games during 2020.

The key now will be seeing him grow from here. If he can continue to perform at this level, it will be a huge plus for the D-line.
