Fantasy Football Team Names Based on Top Quarterbacks

40. Country Road, Take Mahomes (Patrick Mahomes)

“To the place, I belo-o-o-o-ng…” There’s a good chance that, if you can land Patrick Mahomes at good value in your draft, the Cheifs quarterback can take you home to the championship game. He’s the consensus QB1 in one of the most prolific offenses imaginable and, in truth, injury is the only thing that’s changing that.

39. Dude Looks Like a Brady (Tom Brady)

It’s wild that Tom Brady is older than some NFL head coaches by a comfortable margin and is still getting drafted as QB9 in fantasy football but it makes total sense. The way he looked with the Bucs offense at the end of last season was simply phenomenal and he’s shown no signs of slowing up yet.

38. Mayfield of Dreams (Baker Mayfield)

This is one of the fantasy football team names I’ll definitely be using becuase I’m in on Baker Mayfield for the 2021 season. He came on quite strong at the end of last season, now has a full offseason to work with Kevin Stefanski, and gets Odell Beckham Jr. back. Currently with an ADP of QB16, I’m buying Mayfield’s stock.

37. Double Roethlisberger w/ Fries (Ben Roethlisberger)

For my money — and apparently the public’s as well as he has an ADP of QB20 — you don’t want to have Ben Roethlisberger as your top quarterback. With that said, this is a great team name (as is any play on hamburger or cheeseburger) that almost makes it worth it to have the Steelers signal-caller on your fantasy roster.

36. Return of the Dak (Dak Prescott)

A play on the classic “Return of the Mack”, this name is perfectly apt for Dak Prescott as he gets back under center for the Cowboys after suffering a brutal ankle injury in October last season. He was on pace for a record-setting season prior to that and he has one of the most loaded skill position groups in the league to help boost his value as he’s going off draft boards as QB5.
