59. . . Previous: 8th. Miami Dolphins. 11. team

The Miami Dolphins are a team I really want to believe in. They won 10 games last season and that was even with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa not playing up to his potential. He didn’t play the full season with Ryan Fitzpatrick starting out the year and even replacing him during one game, but Tua still did enough to prove he’s the future of the team.

Then in the offseason, Miami added a lot of talent around him and he started to show improvement as a player. All was looking up, but then Deshaun Watson’s name started to be whispered.

Sure, this wasn’t the first time Watson was tied to the Dolphins but considering the fact that the Texans quarterback has more than 20 serious complaints lingering over his head that could hurt his chances of ever playing again, it seemed as though this rumor should have died.

But it didn’t. Instead, the Dolphins have been named the primary landing spot for the troubled quarterback, and Tua’s name is being tossed out there as a trade piece.

Head coach Brian Flores has stated he and the team are all-in on Tua but there’s no way the quarterback isn’t bothered by the fact that his team could be interested in replacing him with a player who might not even play this year — if ever again. That’s why they slip a little in these rankings.
