Miami Dolphins Fantasy Football Guide

Tua Tagovailoa is one of my favorite sleepers among the position for three reasons: His rushing upside, an improved arsenal of weapons (when they’re healthy) and a full, less COVID-restricted offseason under his belt. It’s never smart to judge a player after one season, sometimes even two. His ADP is QB14, though, so unless you can snag Tagovailoa with one of your last three or four picks, I’d wait and take Trey Lance or Justin Fields if you could use a high-ceiling backup. And no, I’m not worried about the Deshaun Watson rumors. They’re simply that.

Myles Gaskin was a fantasy darling of mine all offseason, but I’ve cooled a bit after considering his situation. As productive as he was in limited usage last season, Gaskin doesn’t appear to have a firm grip on the starting job, yet. Malcolm Brown isn’t a bad late-round running back, and Salvon Ahmed may be worth a flier in best ball. Just be wary about Miami’s weak offensive line.

I’d be fine with Jaylen Waddle as my WR4. He has a legitimate shot to be Tagovailoa‘s number one target this season. Will Fuller certainly presents high upside after how well he played last season, I’d just prefer someone safer in his range. It doesn’t help that Fuller’s missed most of the offseason with another injury, too.

Mike Gesicki’s value has diminished after the Dolphins added Waddle, who can take Gesicki’s role in the slot. That’s right: Gesicki played in the slot at the second-highest rate among tight ends, per Player Profiler. That’s really it from Miami.
