10. New York Giants (via Chicago Bears): Kenyon Green, OG, Texas A&M

During the 2021 NFL Draft, the New York Giants made a solid move with the Chicago Bears. They dropped back from No. 11 in a trade where the Bears were going after Justin Fields and they ended up with another pick in Round 1 of the upcoming 2022 NFL Draft. With Chicago off to a slow start, that means the Giants could be looking at a high pick for their move.

In this mock, they end up at No. 10 overall and they can still go a lot of different ways — because let’s face it, this roster needs work. After adding a solid pass rusher with their first pick, they now address the front line on offense with the selection of Kenyon Green from Texas A&M.

What makes Green a solid pick for the Giants is the fact that he can play both guard and tackle — and can play either well. Their offensive line went through a massive overhaul recently which included signing Nate Solder, trading for Kevin Zeitler, and drafting Will Hernandez and Andrew Thomas.

Despite their best efforts, these moves have yet to turn the line into a cohesive unit and they already moved on from Zeitler. Bringing in Green will help and he can fill in wherever they feel is the biggest need.
