Arizona Cardinals (3-0) at Los Angeles Rams (3-0)

Sunday, October 3, 4:05PM PT

As great as the Arizona Cardinals offense has been this season, it’s far from perfect. It took a second-half surge (and some turnovers) to even pull away from a miserable Jaguars team in Week 3 before the Cardinals were able to put it in cruise control.

Furthermore, Arizona has faced some lackluster defenses through three games. Now, they head into a matchup with one of the league’s most talented and fearsome defenses. The Los Angeles Rams are going to get after Kyler Murray from the opening snap, forcing the young quarterback into more mistakes than the Cardinals are capable of overcoming.

And it’s not like Arizona’s defense has been spectacular this season. There’s no way they’re going to keep Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp from finding the end zone early and often on Sunday. While I don’t expect this NFC West showdown to turn into a blowout, the Rams figure to hold a comfortable lead for much of it.

It’ll be a great game with plenty of points and highlight plays. When the clock strikes zero, though, the Rams will have the lead without breaking too much of a threat. That’s another undefeated down as we work our way through Week 4.

Prediction: Rams win 36-24 | Spread: Rams (-6)
