Previous: 15th. Los Angeles Chargers. 13. team. 13. .

(Plays on Monday Night Football vs. Las Vegas Raiders) — Looking at the record for the Los Angeles Chargers, it’s pretty impressive that they’re entering Monday night with a record of 2-1. They got a narrow win over a gritty Washington Football Team but then suffered a last-minute loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 2.

Their statement game followed as they upended the Kansas City Chiefs but things aren’t going to get easier for them. After their Monday Night Football game against the Las Vegas Raiders, they’re going to host the Cleveland Browns before going on the road to face the Baltimore Ravens.

It wouldn’t be crazy to see them win all three of those games and get to 5-1, but it’s also not insane to think they could be on the wrong end of each and fall to 2-4. That makes this one of the most important stretches for rookie head coach Brandon Staley.

They don’t need to win all the tough games coming up but they have to keep their momentum going. The good news is, they’re playing much better defense this season under Staley and Justin Herbert is blossoming into a star in his second year in the league. L.A. is a team to watch out for, especially if they get out of this stretch with a winning record still intact.
