Scouting Report. Georgia. 31. player. 28. Pick Analysis. DT. Jordan Davis

31. Las Vegas Raiders: Jordan Davis, DT, Georgia

The Las Vegas Raiders have some needs on the defensive line and they address that with the big nose tackle from Georgia, Jordan Davis. Listed at 6-foot-6 and 340-pounds, Davis is a player who can help the Raiders win, because big men can decide games too as pointed out by Oliver Hodgkinson of Pro Football Network.

Hodgkinson also points out that Davis could have turned pro last season but coming back in 2021 did nothing but increase his stock.

"“For all the big money earned by quarterbacks and all the swagger exuded by cornerbacks, football is ultimately won by the big men in the trenches. In the 2022 NFL Draft, they don’t come much bigger than Georgia defensive tackle Jordan Davis. A 340-pound behemoth who stands at an imposing 6’6″, Davis spurned the chance to go to the NFL to return for his senior season. As a result, he projects to be one of the top defensive tackles in this class, and a dive into Davis’ scouting report details why.”"

Vegas has some solid edge players and adding a guys like Davis will only help them get their jobs done.

32. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Jalen Wydermyer. 32. TE. Texas AM. player

32. Arizona Cardinals: Jalen Wydermyer, TE, Texas A&M

The Arizona Cardinals are currently the No. 1 team in our 2021 NFL Power Rankings after a hot start to the season. It remains to be seen if they can keep that going but they have all the makings of a team that can contend for several years.

That only becomes more of a likelihood after taking Jalen Wydermyer from Texas A&M. Adding a complete tight end is the only thing this offense seems to be missing and can take them to the next level.
