The 16th greatest quarterback-wide receiver duo in NFL history: Ken Stabler & Cliff Branch

Losing simply wasn’t in the vocabulary of quarterback Kenny Stabler and wide receiver Cliff Branch.

In eight full seasons together, the Oakland Raiders never registered a losing record. Branch didn’t put up your typical monster numbers. In fact, his thousand yard seasons came few and far between. Still, despite the so-so numbers, Branch was consistent throughout his years as a Raider.

By the time this duo wrapped up their playing career with one another, the rest of the league was thankful that it came to an end. With five consecutive AFC West Championships and a Super Bowl ring under their belts, both Branch and Stabler left an indelible mark on the league.
