31. Baltimore Ravens: Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa

The Baltimore Ravens have had some significant struggles in the 2021 season on the offensive line.

Thanks to Lamar Jackson, you would hardly know it.

After trading Orlando Brown Jr. to the Chiefs, Baltimore has shuffled some players around at tackle including former Steelers left tackle Alejandro Villanueva, who suffered an injury himself.

Trevor Penning has been dominating for Northern Iowa this season and with his massive 6-foot-7 frame, he has the look of a punishing tackle at the next level as well.

As much as the Ravens run the ball, a player like Penning as the bookend for Ronnie Stanley at left tackle would give the Ravens two angry people movers in the run game and brick walls for Lamar Jackson in pass pro.

32. Arizona Cardinals: Sean Rhyan, OL, UCLA

The Arizona Cardinals aren’t messing around.

In just the last couple of offseasons, they have brought in the likes of DeAndre Hopkins, his former Texans teammate JJ Watt, Watt’s 2011 NFL Draft mate AJ Green, former Super Bowl hero Malcolm Butler, and a variety of high-profile college players through the draft.

Namely, former Heisman winner Kyler Murray, one of the most versatile players on defense in the last decade in Isaiah Simmons, and Purdue’s video game create-a-player Rondale Moore.

Most recently, the Cardinals struck a trade for Eagles legend Zach Ertz, who will add even more firepower to their tremendous offense.

With this mock draft pick, it’s all about supporting those investments the Cardinals have already made.

Sean Rhyan is having a great season for UCLA locking down that left side, and he could shift over to the right side in Arizona with DJ Humphries in place at left tackle.
