The 6th greatest quarterback-tight end duo in NFL history: Ben Roethlisberger & Heath Miller

Ben Roethlisberger has had his fair share of quality pass catchers. Majority of them have been at the wide receiver position, but he had a pretty good tight end in Heath Miller.

Arriving to the Pittsburgh Steelers a year apart, Roethlisberger in 2004, Miller in 2005, the two had an instant connection as Miller caught 39 passes in his rookie season for 459 yards and six touchdowns as the Steelers went on to win a Super Bowl. Those numbers would only improve throughout their time together.

Playing in the gritty AFC North, Miller was a perfect weapon for Roethlisberger. He would block and go make tough catches across the middle of the field. In his career, Miller made two pro bowls while Roethlisberger went to four in their time together.

The connection between the two played a big role in the Steelers making the playoffs six times in their 11 years as teammates. They played in three Super Bowls and won two and connected a total 545 times for 5,974 yards and 42 touchdowns in 149 games.
