NFL Power Rankings: Top 10 after Week 6

New Orleans Saints. 10. team. 15. . . Previous: 10th

So far in 2021, the New Orleans Saints have been on a bit of a roller-coaster. They won in Week 1 against Green Bay then lost to Carolins in Week 2. It was another win followed by a loss as they took out the New England Patriots in Week 3 before suffering an unexpected loss to the Giants in Week 4.

Washington was the unlucky team that met them on their upswing as they won in Week 5 before heading to a bye this week. Perhaps they will skip the loss they’re supposed to have by not playing this week. At least then, they should finish with a winning record. Right?

13. . . Previous: 8th. Los Angeles Chargers. 9. team

For much of this early part of the season, the Los Angeles Chargers looked to be one of the best teams in the AFC. That wasn’t the case for them on Sunday, however.

Baltimore made it look easy against the Chargers who seemed to be jet-lagged after flying across the country for this game. Justin Herbert wasn’t very accurate, the running game was non-existent, and head coach Brandon Staley even made some questionable calls including going for it on fourth down from his own 19 — of course, he was probably just desperate at that point.

Thankfully for the Chargers, it only counts as one loss. But this was an ugly one.
