3. New York Giants: Malik Willis, QB, Liberty

With Matt Corral off the board, Malik Willis becomes the second quarterback taken as he hears his name called by the New York Giants. Just a couple of weeks ago, it seemed as though Daniel Jones might be turning a corner, then he completely fell apart.

Chances are, he will be a part of a huge exodus this offseason which could include the coaching staff and the general manager. With a new regime comes a new franchise player as the Giants hitch their wagon to Willis.

A dual-threat who broke out once he transferred from Auburn to Liberty, Willis is an intriguing prospect with an enormous ceiling. As long as the Giants surround him with talent, he should have success as a pro.

4. New York Jets: Derek Stingley, CB, LSU

The New York Jets are still trying to figure things out under Robert Saleh and that will probably remain the case in 2022 as well. One thing that will surely help the defensive-minded coach is an improvement in talent on that side of the ball.

Enter Derek Stingley, the No. 1 cornerback prospect in this nation. Stingley comes from a long line of athletes and stands in at 6-foot-1 and 195-pounds. He’s excellent in press coverage and doesn’t lack the confidence needed to go toe-to-toe with the best wideouts in the game.
