FanDuel DFS NFL Week 7 picks and lineup advice: Tight End

As always, Travis Kelce ($8200) is the most expensive tight end on the slate. While you can never go wrong locking Kelce into your lineup, especially in a game with the highest over-under on the slate, there are a few options that I like better at a cheaper price this week.

After seeing nineteen targets in week 1, Darren Waller ($6800) has yet to see double-digit targets since. However, he has still seen consistent targets each and every week and now gets to face an Eagles defense that has been extremely soft against the tight end. I think this is the lowest price you will see Waller at for the rest of the year, so feel comfortable locking him into your cash lineup this week.

As for some cheaper options, Mike Gesicki ($6000) has stepped up as of late and now gets to face a soft Atlanta secondary. If you are looking for some guaranteed points at a discounted price, Gesicki is your guy this week.

Finally, if you want to fully punt the position, Cole Kmet ($4900) has seen a slight uptick in targets with Justin Fields under center and should see solid volume against a Buccaneers secondary that has been extremely vulnerable to tight ends.

FanDuel DFS NFL Week 7 picks and lineup advice: D/ST

It is hard to argue with the Cardinals ($5000) as the best play of the slate, but with so many heavy favorites on the slate, I think you can find value elsewhere too.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($4400) are easily my favorite play on the slate against a Bears offense that relies on the run and has yet to show any signs of a passing attack, the one spot where you can exploit the Bucs defense.

The New York Giants ($3600) are also an appealing punt play, as I like their odds to keep a Panthers offense without McCaffrey in check.

FanDuel DFS NFL Week 7 Lineup

  • QB Aaron Rodgers – $7900
  • RB D’Andre Swift – $7100
  • RB Miles Sanders – $5900
  • WR Davante Adams – $9000
  • WR Calvin Ridley – $7300
  • WR Chris Godwin – $6700
  • TE Darren Waller – $6800
  • FLEX J.D McKissic – $5700
  • D/ST New York Giants – $3600

This lineup builds around a likely high-scoring affair between the Packers and the Washington Football Team. I like building game stacks around this game simply because of how cheap Aaron Rodgers is on this slate compared to some of the other elite quarterbacks.

With receivers like Ridley and Godwin, there is plenty of upside in this lineup to go along with some risky plays like Sanders and McKissic. Whichever game you decide to stack and players you decide to roll with, best of luck in your Week 7 FanDuel DFS endeavors!
