The 2021 NFL Trade Deadline is on Tuesday, Nov. 2 and there could be some big names moved this season, including these 5 superstars.

There aren’t always huge moves made at the NFL Trade Deadline, but that doesn’t mean it never happens. In fact, it’s becoming more common to see deals happen as teams look to strengthen their push for the playoffs ‚— while others try and stockpile future assets.

In 2021, the deadline is Tuesday, Nov. 2 and there have been several rumors to keep an eye on. We’ll steer clear of the low-hanging fruit which is Deshaun Watson since we don’t know whether or not he will be eligible to play in 2021.

Instead, we’ll dive into five other superstar players around the league who could end up being dealt this season at the deadline.

NFL Trade Deadline player to watch No. 5: Marcus Maye, S, New York Jets

After Week 7, things look pretty bleak for the New York Jets. They’re having a terrible time trying to guy a win and they also saw how bad their depth was when Zach Wilson was hurt during their 54-13 beatdown at the hands of the New England Patriots.

Knowing this season is all about building for the future, the Jets could look to move on from someone such as Marcus Maye in an effort to secure future draft picks.

Maye has said all the right things despite the issues this team has had — stating that New York is where he wants to be. Even so, the Jets might be inclined to add more capital for the future as they work toward yet another rebuild.
