The Dallas Cowboys look for their seventh win in a row as they host the Denver Broncos in Week 9. Here are 3 bold predictions for that contest.

Last week, the Dallas Cowboys were featured on Prime Time as they went to Minnesota to take on the Vikings. However, they were without their franchise leader as Dak Prescott sat out of the Sunday Night Football game with a calf injury.

That didn’t matter as Cooper Rush led them to an exciting come-from-behind win as he hit Amari Cooper for a game-winner.

In Week 9, Rush is expected to return to his reserve role with Prescott on the mend. Now, we look ahead to that contest with three bold predictions as the Cowboys host the Denver Broncos.

Dallas Cowboys prediction No. 3: Ezekiel Elliott runs for 150 yards

This season, the Denver defense has been rather solid. They can hold their own against the run and the pass, but they have been more susceptible to giving up yards on the ground in recent weeks.

Denver surrendered 112 yards in Week 8 against Washington but Week 7 was really bad with the Cleveland Browns gashing them for 182 yards on the ground. In his first NFL start, D’Ernest Johnson accounted for 146 of those yards.

Looking ahead to this weekend, the Broncos will again have their hands full with the Cowboys’ powerful offensive line and a savvy running back in Ezekiel Elliott. This first bold prediction is that Zeke gets loose early and often, running up over 150 yards on the Denver defense.
