Odell Beckham Jr. Destination #4: New England Patriots

Like the Seattle Seahawks, there are very few reclamation projects the New England Patriots have seen and not liked.

As a matter of fact, the Patriots had one very prominent reclamation project that has likely given them the confidence to take more on. That “project” at one point in time was Randy Moss, whose situation going from Minnesota to Oakland in the mid-2000s was at least a little bit similar to what we’ve seen with Beckham Jr. going from New York to Cleveland.

Perhaps the third stop will do the trick for Beckham as it did for Moss in New England.

The big difference? Moss had Tom Brady.

In New England, the infrastructure is still in place but it’s rookie QB Mac Jones running the show.

Frankly, Jones has been a heck of a pickup for the Patriots and a perfect fit for their team.

Jones would certainly be able to get Beckham a high volume of targets and make sure that he’s getting chances to make plays out in the open field after the catch.
