Quarterly MVP Rankings: 2. Kyler Murray +350

One slip on a banana peel has left Kyler Murray in the second spot on the MVP list. Was anyone expecting the Arizona Cardinals to win every game this season? Of course not.

We’ll admit, it wasn’t a pretty day at the office for Murray and company against Aaron Rodgers when they picked up their first loss of the season. Murray finished the game with 274 yards, zero touchdowns, and two interceptions. But, all in all, Murray should still be the man to beat when it comes to the most important individual award of the regular season.

Murray currently sits comfortably in second place in completion percentage at 72.7%. He’s a top-five QB in terms of passing touchdowns with 17. And, Murray has the fourth-most passing yards in the league at the moment with just a shade over 2,200.

The Cardinals have a ton of signature wins this season. Including against the likes of the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Rams, beating them both by at least 15 points. A loss is always going to hurt but if you ask us, if the season ended today, Murray would have our vote for MVP.
