NFL: Top 25 boldest predictions for the rest of the season: 8. Rondale Moore takes a starting job

The Arizona Cardinals are looking at a crossroads for their offense. It has been one of the best units in the league so far. A.J. Green has come back from the dead. James Conner has been a touchdown scorer through and through. Kyler Murray has been a top-three quarterback and possibly the front runner for the MVP award. Everything is going right.

However, things are starting to get a little more complicated. The Kyler Murray injury is the hardest pill to swallow. He hurt his ankle, and he could miss Week 9. Even when he comes back, whether he will be close to 100 percent will be in question. DeAndre Hopkins is also hurting and might miss the game. The offense will have to adjust to these injuries.

When star players get injured, coaches tend to lean on their most talented players. Rondale Moore might be the most talented player in the Cardinals organization outside of Murray. His speed is second to none. There are obviously some things he needs to work on including securing the catch, but if he can find a way to do that, he might be a superstar.

The Cardinals will want to find out what he can bring to the table with more looks now that players are getting injured. Eventually, he will take a starting wide receiver job from someone. He’s too dynamic to be held down. Honestly, will he make a bigger mistake than A.J. Green made at the end of the Packers game?
