Here are three bold predictions for the Dallas Cowboys in their Week 10 contest against Atlanta as they look to rebound from their second loss of the year.

Week 9 was one to forget for the Dallas Cowboys. They were handed their second loss of the season and while a 30-16 score looks bad, it really wasn’t even that close.

Denver beat them in every facet of the game and walked out of AT&T Stadium with a huge W. As for the Cowboys, it could end up being a bit of a wake-up call.

For weeks, they have been off to slow starts and found a way to squeeze out a win anyway. This time, they couldn’t get back into the game and that could help them start off better this week since they know now how quickly a game can get away from them.

Speaking of their upcoming game, Dallas plays the Atlanta Falcons this weekend, and here are three bold predictions for them in that contest.

Dallas Cowboys prediction No. 3: Osa Odighizuwa rises to the occasion

The Cowboys got some terrible news this week when Randy Gregory was injured in practice and had to be sent to the IR. With DeMarcus Lawrence already sidelined, Dallas is dangerously thin at defensive end.

They are fortunate to have Micah Parsons who can play on the edge but he’s not the only rookie who can help ease the loss of Gregory.

Osa Odighizuwa is another first-year player who is capable of generating a pass rush, even if he doesn’t do it from the edge.

The rookie from UCLA has 18 tackles and two sacks this season while being credited with 10 quarterback pressures by Pro Football Reference.

On Sunday, look for him to get after Matt Ryan early and often as he becomes the player to record a couple of sacks in the same game while trying to hold down the fort until Gregory and D-Law can return.
