27. Baltimore Ravens: Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa

Another offensive lineman gets the call here as the Baltimore Ravens take Trevor Penning from Northern Iowa. The Ravens were knocked off on Thursday Night Football by the Miami Dolphins and in that game, Lamar Jackson was sacked four times and had to escape many other times.

The Ravens line is still an issue this season and while they expect Ronnie Stanley to eventually get back to 100 percent health, they could use a new right tackle. Penning, listed at 6-foot-7 and 321-pounds has aligned at left tackle and guard for North Iowa but should have no problem moving to the right side in Baltimore.

Athletic and long, Penning has all the tools to be a star but needs the right coaching to get his technique and consistency where it needs to be. He would surely find that with the Ravens staff.

28. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Trent McDuffie, CB, Washington

There aren’t many weaknesses on the Tamp Bay Buccaneers roster but one spot that could stand to get upgraded is the cornerback position. Trent McDuffie is their pick here as they aim to do exactly that.

McDuffie has decent size at 5-foot-11 and 195-pounds — although teams are really favoring the corners who look more like wideouts as of late — and can play both inside and outside. He should be able to help the Bucs secondary slow down the opposing passing attacks.
