11. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. EDGE. Texas AM. DeMarvin Leal. 30

11. New York Jets (via Seattle Seahawks): DeMarvin Leal, EDGE, Texas A&M

With their first pick, the New York Jets added Derek Stingley from LSU to strengthen their secondary. Now, they’re on the clock with the Seattle Seahawks pick — which is the second of two first-rounders they got in the Jamal Adams deal.

Once again, they go with a defender as they take DeMarvin Leal out of Texas A&M. Leal is listed at 6-foot-4 and 290-pounds. He’s capable of playing as a defensive tackle or on the edge which gives Robert Saleh a great player to move around and cause problems for opposing offenses.

12. player. 60. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. . North Carolina. Sam Howell

12. Minnesota Vikings: Sam Howell, QB, North Carolina

Kirk Cousins has put up some solid numbers for the Minnesota Vikings but he’s still not been able to take them where they want to go. Throw in the fact that the team is struggling as a whole this season and it’s very likely that there will be a lot of changes in Minnesota next season.

That could include a whole new staff coming in and they’ll surely want their own guy. With Sam Howell still on the board at No. 12, they’re more than happy to roll with the North Carolina product as the replacement for Cousins.
