35. . . Previous: 2nd. Tennessee Titans. 2. team

In their second game without Derrick Henry, the Tennessee Titans continued to show they have what it takes to win as a team without their biggest star. Last week, they did so by knocking off the Los Angeles Rams in a huge prime-time game — that proved to be a statement win. In Week 10, they were again facing a solid team as they hosted the 5-3 New Orleans Saints.

Tennessee ended up handing the Saints their fourth loss while moving to 8-2 on the season. But it wasn’t easy as they had to hold off a surging New Orleans team late.

After going ahead 20-6, the Saints got back in it. They scored a touchdown with 1:16 to play as Trevor Siemian hit Marquez Callaway for a 15-yard touchdown but they were unable to score on the two-point conversion. That led to the Titans being able to sit on the ball — following an inside kick recovery — and walking away with a 23-21 win.

They’re now 8-2 and the next best team in their division is the Indianapolis Colts who are 5-5. But the Titans aren’t just winning due to their position in a bad division. They’re also beating good teams and outside of their Week 1 loss to Arizona and a shocking defeat by the Jets, they have been the best team in the AFC this season.
