Week 10 brings the Chicago Bears a week off and they should be heading into this break celebrating a huge win. That didn’t happen though as they lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers 29-27 on Monday Night Football. That win wasn’t without controversy as there were several questionable calls that went against the Bears — as well as the weird hip check from the official on Cassius Marsh.

While the loss stings, the good news for the Bears is that Justin Fields started to turn things around. After a slow start to the season, he was firing on all cylinders and looked like the player Chicago traded up for in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Having said all that, there are still a lot of issues in The Windy City. Head coach Matt Nagy has continued to struggle with playcalling and it seems as though he’s doing everything he can to make things more difficult on Fields.

Their defense has also been on the decline this season. They gave up 38 in a loss to Tampa Bay. 33 in a loss to San Francisco, and 29 this past week. While the offensive issues aren’t helping their case any, the Bears just don’t feel like a team that’s set to get anything figured out in 2021.
